Listened to an amazing talk by Dr. Matthews and Aaron at ComSciConCAN about Indigenous storytelling. I now have lots of ideas to reflect upon in both my research and my every day life. #CSCC2022

Tara Kuhn UW Brain and Body Lab Being active is key in dementia care, but it is more difficult during the winter. Tara's study interviews persons with dementia and caregivers to understand how they can be supported to be more active during winter. This will be used to inform future exercise interventions.

I am honoured to be chosen to end #brainawarenessweek! Its important to support persons with dementia and their care partners to be #physicallyactive year round, to improve their health and well-being. With #dementia cases rising in #Canada, this is crucial now more than ever
