Can anyone NASA's Robotics Alliance Project (RAP) ESA_ExoMars NASA Mars or Robonaut tell my 4 year old nephew about robot on Mars please? He would like them to come back to Earth so he can meet them!

After more than a year out of the lab, Iβve spent the last two days with the NU Aerospace Med Lab team working on our new whole body horizontal suspension system. Our first participant (30kg manikin) was suspended in simulated zero-g today π NU Sport Ex & Rehab Northumbria Uni UK Space Life and Biomedical Sciences Association

The low-gravity, isolated environment of space can have damaging effects on the human body. πͺ We're funding research at Northumbria Uni, University of Liverpool, Manchester Metropolitan Uni and Uni of Birmingham to study the effects, which could lead to benefits for all of us. π©βππ¨βπ π gov.uk/government/newβ¦

About to launch into micro-g for the first time in the Variable Gravity Suspension System #VGSS in the hands of Flight Director (aka Luke Hughes) and Guidance, Navigation and Control Systems Engineer (aka Pat Swain). Hope to post more after landing NU Aerospace Med Lab NU Sport Ex & Rehab π

This should be really good...Kirsty Lindsay will be talking at Gregβs Monument 2-3pm today about how we can simulate being in space in our very own lab here NU Sport Ex & Rehab Northumbria Uni on #VGSS. And Iβve seen the props Kirsty has made...theyβre brilliant πππ
