Taken at our Contemporary Indian Tasting Event Pondicheri in #Houston last month with the incomparable Chef/Owner Anita Jaisinghani. Here she is plating Course #3: Tandoori Chicken Chaat with baby romaine, mint, black garbanzos, cilantro, and lentil dumplings in yogurt sauce.


Taken at our FIRST Vegas Event earlier this week with Valencian Gold! Huge thanks to Jeffrey Weiss for putting on an incredible show. The bar is set very high! 🙏 🙌 👏 Here's Course #5: Wood-Roasted Strawberry Shortcake with buttermilk poundcake and whipped goat's milk crema.
