Great win in 10 innings yesterday against the 4 seed in our district. I went 6.2, w/ 15 K, 3 H, 0 R, 3 BB 87-89 T 90 Need one win Saturday to go to state. Let’s get it!!

First time throwing live back from injury and hit a new PR! Fastball sat 87-88 MPH the entire time with slider in the low 70s. Wouldn’t be possible without the guidance and help from Sam Grace and Tread Athletics as well as my PT Dr. Corey Touchette with Poulsbo Physical Therapy.

Great way to end the season, we fought hard and came up just short. I came in with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 6th and kept Anacortes at bay. FB: sat 88 MPH, topped 89 MPH multiple times SL: 74-76 MPH CH: 80-82 MPH Final stat line: 0.2 IP, 2 K, 0 BB, 0 H, 0 R, 2 BF.
