#SciCommSeptember Art of my STEM: when asked if our lab had any imaging of heart 💕 shaped cells I went on a search through my files but this was no to avail. However, later in the week doing completely unrelated imaging, I stumbled across this… a truly serendipitous discovery!

#SciCommSeptember myth: “all fat is bad”. Our bodies have many types of fat! White fat just under our skin can be good for health, brown fat can even be great! However, we should be cautious of white fat that wraps around our organs in the tummy region. So no, not all fat is bad.
