Next is Dark Lane, Sandon, Hertfordshire. This six unit site was built for Howard Cottage Housing Association, who are now part of First Garden City Homes. With a lack of gas, sustainability standards were met through the use of air source heat pumps and photovoltaic cells.

We're excited to share images of the progress at our Roker Park, Stotfold site for settle housing. Built on the former site of Stotfold FC, it will comprise of 2,3 4 and 5 bed houses and flats. The first 9 plots have recently handed over to settle with the remaining 53 to follow.

Work is progressing steadily at our site at Westfield Allotments, Harpenden where we are building 24 affordable houses and flats for Catalyst New Homes. The land was purchased following a joint bid by Catalyst and TFD to Harpenden Town Council who were the original land owners.

We are delighted to have completed the handover of the completed units at Two Waters House, Hemel Hempstead for Thrive Homes. The scheme is a six storey block of flats incorporating 39 flats and we would like to express our thanks to all involved with the project. #handover

Groundworks are continuing apace at Strangers Way, Luton where we are building 48 houses for Foxhall Homes, the private property development arm of Luton Borough Council. The end units will comprise a mixture of private sale, and affordable rent houses.

Next up in our ‘From the Archives’ is High Street, Paulerspury, Northamptonshire. The scheme comprised five houses all built as part of our own private development programme. The units were all built in Northamptonshire stone & we're delighted with the end result. #development
