just a reminder that the case was changed from a jury based trial to a judge one due to the continued unprofessionalism and disrespect from the defence lawyers. they are the reason the judge is the one making the verdict today which very conveniently benefits their clients

Excellent article that clearly lays out how the trial was stacked against EM and the bias against survivors in court. The players’ memory gaps were from alcohol and time but EM’s lack of perfect recall about a deeply traumatic event was evidence she was unreliable. Disgraceful.
