Trying to change our financial legacy

Some ? I’m asking myself: Can you change a system if you are dependent on it? How dependent are you for real? What don’t you know yet? What do you know? What questions are you not asking/avoiding? Why?

Policy & proclamations mean nothing w/out commitment to implementation. It’s hard because the real work isn’t glamorous. You have to build institutional & community endurance. That only happens if you build trust which keeps you moving when you hit inevitable bumps in the road.

What they don’t tell you about leadership is that your role is to serve others not your ego. How are you setting up others to serve?

Trying to do everything seems to accomplish little to nothing. Just Trying to do something doesn’t seem to be enough…..

There is no silver bullet. Quit choosing to stay in the same place instead of taking a step forward because you fear it won’t solve everything. Try stuff. learn. try something else. learn. Then teach and share. Then keep trying.

Their actions will always end up showing you what they really feel about you. I’ve stopped putting faith in words a long time ago.
