Trying to get more voices to speak up in quiet class? This is my go-to: 1⃣ ask a question w/ a specific range of SUPER short answers (yes/no, 1-5, etc.) 2⃣ have each student write down answer + explain 3⃣ call on each student by name to share their short answer Rinse/repeat šŸ˜Ž

Leadership stretched me this year. Praise encouraged me. Criticism refined me. And in letting go of what drained me, I made more room for what drives me: People. Possibility. Purpose. Year 26 is in the books.

One of my mentors once told me: ā€œJorge, when people see you, they should think—help has arrived.ā€ That mindset shaped how I walk into every room. Real success isn’t about being seen. It’s about being of service. #MondayMindset #Leadership #JorgeDoesPBL
