I don't think people outside of schools know how much more often teachers get asked "what work is missing?" and "how can they bring up their grade?" instead of "what do they still need to learn?" (The grades > learning priority is something students get from adults.)

Leadership stretched me this year. Praise encouraged me. Criticism refined me. And in letting go of what drained me, I made more room for what drives me: People. Possibility. Purpose. Year 26 is in the books.
