Our legal system has become a casino for shadowy interests who make big bets on lawsuits. The TPLF Act sponsored by Senator Thom Tillis would require that any funder pays their fair share of taxes on profits. It doesn't apply to lawsuits supported by nonprofits or donors for a cause.
