New paper finding #ovarian low-grade serous tumors with histologic transformation to high grade have both low and high grade morphologic/molecular features, an exception to the dualistic classification in ovarian serous. Most uterine carcinosarcomas have detectable TROP2 expression. In an innovative study by Sara Moufarrij and team, organoid models showed encouraging response to TROP2 targeted antibody drug conjugate sacituzumab govitecan.
