4/ The Legislative Findings and Intent of Florida's anti-gang laws make clear that the inclusion of hate groups is deliberate. GDL's ongoing criminal campaign of harassment against Florida citizens and law enforcement clearly causes them to meet the Criminal Gang definition.

5/ The act of recruiting for a criminal gang is in and of itself a felony. Blood Tribe and GDL say that "over 100 vetted members" will show up. Well, Jon Eugene Minadeo and Christopher Pohlhaus are going to be eligible to catch over 100 felonies as soon as they show up.

6/ Fundraising for the purpose of recruiting for a criminal street gang? Well that's a felony too. According to the Nazi fundraising site GiveSendGo, GDL's Minadeo is the beneficiary of this campaign. Blood Tribe's Pohlhaus has also promoted it. More felonies to be charged!

7/ TOP TIP for folks on the ground: If you see Nazis committing crimes while cops are there, don't assume the cops know the law or that they'll intervene. Don't try ask or tell the cops to act. Dial 911, report the crime immediately. Dispatch *might* get them to act.
