(1/2) Our day 2 total is in, Tilly Primary is smashing this having travelled an amazing 3,845 miles! We've taken a slight detour today to stop off in Alexandria in Egypt. Alexandria had one of the most famous libraries of the ancient world. It was built in the 3rd century BC

(2/2) but was destroyed by a fire in the 2nd century. No one knows for certain what caused the fire, but one suggestion is that Julius Caesar may have accidentally burned it down when he set fire to his own ships Oops! Keep up the great work Tilly Primary.Where will we go next?

(1/2)WE DID IT! We not only made it to India but we reached probably the most famous place in the whole country, and 1 of the Wonders of the World the Taj Mahal! Tilly pupils read an amazing 7,844 pages which took us on a journey What an incredible effort! #BookWeekScotland
