3 months in, and Coached By Dave has me walking. I’m not going to lie, it hurts. But the positioning of my ‘heel first’ makes it manageable to start getting a bit of weight back into the muscles of the bad leg. The long pole is for balance, a bit like a tight-rope walker.

Slimming World and 2lb up. GOT TO turn this around. 💪🏼

She’s back! I got her running and I can now officially get in and out unassisted! Need a couple more inches off my belly before I can drive her! 💪🏼 #MX5 magic.

Earlier this evening, our Chief Fire Officer presented Tomaz with a plaque to acknowledge his quick actions by positioning his delivery truck to assist in the rescue of people from a fire. Tomaz met with some of the Firefighter/Paramedics who were at the scene.
