With the objective of helping pupils identify their interview strengths and weaknesses, members of the Eco Club, along with members of the local community, carried out a mock interview exercise with 25 Year 12 Teesdale School and Sixth Form pupils. #peopleofaction

Yesterday, club members Katy and Colin walked the Drumburgh to Bowness-on-Solway section of the long-distance Hadrian’s Wall Path to raise funds for EndPolioNow and Teesdale based charitable concerns. gofund.me/05327891 #peopleofaction

Earlier this year we donated funds to The Witham for use on a pollination project. Appropriate seeds have now been bought and members of their Youth Theatre group are to complete the project utilising plotted plants and bee hotels. #peopleofaction


Along with Barnard Castle School, we support the building of rainwater collection tanks in the village of Kipsaina, Kenya by the charity Kipsaina Education and Environment Partnership. This water tank, just completed, now carries both of our logos. #peopleofaction

We support small pollination projects across Teesdale and have donated funds to the young members of YMCA Teesdale and The Witham Youth Theatre. For little outlay, there has been some wonderful successful planting and pollination projects! #esrag #pollination #peopleofaction


Rotary Young Musician Competition: We’re pleased to confirm that the local heat will be held The Witham on Sunday 23rd November and that the adjudicator will be Charles Knights, violinist and a violin coach. #rotarygbi #rotarynortheast
