Had a brilliant afternoon at the Old Ford - Bow festival yesterday. Was great to see some old friends and find out more about the history of our neighbourhood, including Kelly's pie & mash. Also picked up a copy of Carolyn Clark's wonderful book. Well worth popping in later today
