.CM Christina Henderson just introduced a bill to prohibit an expelled council member from serving again for 5 years as ex-CM Trayon White, charged with bribery, is currently running again for the Ward 8 seat. Would have to be ratified by voters as an amendment to the District charter.


MORE BAD DRIVER LAWSUITS: AG Brian Schwalb has sued four more out-of-state drivers for $340,000 in unpaid fines from more than 1,000 traffic camera tickets. One Maryland driver is accused of owing $168,000 from 414 tickets over 5 years, including 360 for speeding.
