Truth. The talent separation line gets very thin. The separator then becomes who can control the 6" or so between the ears. Adjust physically and mentally, game by game, inning by inning, out by out, and pitch by pitch.

Next game, next inning, next AB, next pitch. All opportunities to learn and use that knowledge to grow, adapt and overcome previous bad performances. No such thing as perfection, embrace the imperfections as avenues to improve.
