My favourite moments of the #ChristmasNightmare are: 1) PostNL advising: pay customs fees, drive over an hour away, to people WE DON'T KNOW, & pick up package at their home!💀 2) Being hung up on just now by PostNL .💀 3) Parcelforce Worldwide helping when it's not even their error!!🏆

Oh... it just got better: 1) Parcelforce Worldwide has a clear escalation process. It was handle within ONE HOUR!! (see attachment) 🏆 2) PostNL Customer (no) Service just declared OVER THE PHONE that this can't be escalated & there are "No management on duty to handle our complaint"
