T3 - I followed the example of Robert James Cerfolio,MD,MBA and have always tried to coach one of my kids sports teams each season. It forces me into their world and out of the hospital. #CTCareers

T3 - this is a contact sport, that is very intertwined with daily life. Every high performing athlete in a contact sport has a coach. Should absolutely have one in my opinion. Life coaches are great. Worth it. #CTCareers
