Glad to be with Cllr Lynn Worrall for our councillor advice surgery in a rainy Grays Town Park, happy to be warm and dry inside the cafe!

So pleased the sun came out for our regular Grays Beachcombers litter pick along the riverfront! Thanks to all the volunteers for giving their time to collect waste plastic that would otherwise be washed back into the river.

We asked the Department for Education in *March* to publish their Buildings Conditions Survey data, which was supposed to have been released in 2022. It’s now 6 months later, and children are being sent home from their crumbling schools. We’re challenging the DfE via the ICO.

Spent a really hot hour or so helping clear the alleyways around Benson Road, with Orchard Forum volunteers. It’s looking a lot better now - thank you Jacqueline, Katherine, Amelia, Adrian and Steve for all your hard work!

Very useful to observe this meeting with some interesting contributions made and information shared. Appreciated the opportunity to speak briefly with Andrew Jefferies and Cllr Barry Johnson. Also grateful for the ongoing support of John Kent
