A1: We started a new data cycle this year with one grade level. It required us to meet weekly and set instructional goals around literacy standards. Coaching the teachers during this time helped them and their students grow. #AppleEDUChat

A2: The job of an instructional coach is never easy... they think you're admin, but you don't have any of those powers 🤪 It was a great joy to hear from my teachers that I will not be working with next year how much they will miss our chats, and working with me💙 #AppleEDUchat

Day 2 of #ADE2023 brought so much fun and excitement! Stepped out of my comfort zone to participate in Battlemania (thanks Liz Colton  for the nudge 😉). Also heard more amazing showcases, workshops, and of course networking! Love my tribe❤️

Reminded time and time again how important this is. Humbled this week as I again get time with my tribe ❤️
