True story. I was in first grade. We were watching, and it exploded. The room went quiet. Some kid asked what happened. The teachers quietly wheeled the TV cart out of the room, and resumed teaching. And it was like it never happened, and it was never brought up again.

I watched it today; it's extremely compelling We're studying 'Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus' in my men's discipleship group (my 2nd time reading it); and I've been wanting to hear David's story Worth 30 minutes of your time if you find people's testimony as interesting as I do

I'll say it - we're effectively a single income family, & money is tight; but the good Lord has provided. My kids are homeschooled, & the love, learning, care, & attention they receive is 100x better than anything the public or private sector can provide. It's not even close.

I'm going to be in Ft Lauderdale, FL all next week for training. Any suggestions where to eat or what to see and do?

I saw the latest Mission Impossible movie, as I had a little free time after my plane landed. Meh. It wasn't terrible; but it's probably my least favorite of the series. Lots of "women hero" roles. So many that it felt forced at times.

I like how comedians often show us extremes of ourselves (in a funny way). And it's true; some of our anti-vax brethren are every bit as rabid in their position, as some of those in the pro-vax seat were in theirs. Neither is the Christian position though.

I'm actually ok with AI machines existing. They are just tools. I DO NOT like this push to make them look/feel/seem more human. It's a form of deception on a frail human mind; and many will fall prey to it.
