Can humans breathe on Mars? . . . No! The Martian atmosphere is too thin and composed of carbon dioxide, with little oxygen. Humans would need to rely on a breathable atmosphere generated by technology like MOXIE, which extracts oxygen from Martian carbon dioxide. #space

Bad news...Japan's #Resilience spacecraft made a hard landing (crashed) on the #Moon's Mare Frigoris near-side region. The laser rangefinder had delays while measuring the probe's distance to the surface, so the probe was unable to decelerate. #sad #space #SoClose #BadaBOOM
