On Sunday I was surprised with a hand painted shirt from my first marathon by the legend RJ customs. One of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received, 25 hours went into it🤯 Thank you Ross, hero. So grateful for the support over the last week, Mental health matters ❤️

'The amount of messages I've had from people saying that I've helped them find the courage to speak out' 17-year-old Marcus Skeet, known as The Hull Boy, told #BBCBreakfast about the response he's had since becoming the youngest person to run from Land's End to John o'Groats

BBC breakfast live In front of 6-8 million viewers worldwide. A dream come true, what is life man- thank you so much. So incredibly grateful for the opportunity to sit and talk to Charlie and Naga in the @bbcbreakfast studio this morning. When I began running just over a year

First run since the challenge… Had no idea what to expect going into this but road to full recovery and pace is going to take a while. Got 2 miles in and the legs were in bad shape, going to focus on leg work at the gym and then back to running soon 🤞

Reunited with Karen today. Only reason I’m still here is because of her. Thank you to all the amazing mental health workers out there ❤️

Life since the challenge… Been a weird few weeks, adapting back to normal life. Not going on social media as much and spending a lot more time with family. 2 weeks of eating whatever was nice but it’s time to get back to training 🫡

First proper run back completed. 5 miles ticked off, road to full recovery is back on. Not the fastest time in the world but up a couple hills and a steady pace helped the legs a lot. It’s good to be home ❤️

6 miles done tonight. Legs are starting to come back into fitness. Goal now is to lose as much weight and gain stamina before the next challenge. Been on a bit of a comedown since the UK run and it’s made me realise how short life really is. Mental health matters, keep smiling

First week back training 😅 Not going to lie to you, been in a really weird place the last few weeks since the challenge finished. Been very busy and that’s keeping my mind of things but with anything in life, you work towards something and let it consume your mind. You feel

Spent 3 hours talking to the The Guardian last week. The most emotional interview I’ve given, talking in details about my struggles with OCD, depression and mental health as well as the challenge it self. Thank you for this opportunity ❤️ theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2…

What an honour being interviewed by the The Guardian Not often I talk about my battle with OCD intrusive thoughts but so grateful I did. Something that affects so many people in so many different ways. Spent over 6 months locking myself away because I thought bad things were going

Haven’t been posting a lot on here recently as going through a bit of a battle in my own head atm. But slowly and steadily we are getting back to it. Love you dad, keep battling my mate ❤️

In some more positive news, down to 109KG (started at 145kg) and at the lowest weight I’ve been in over 4 years. The aim now is to get under 100KG ❤️
