We've been busy! Over the last year, we've tried our best to do our bit to reach the unreached- It seemed the right time to be sharing our work with colleagues from BSMHFT NHS Mental Health on #WorldMentalHealthDay2024 There's loads more to be done, we've only just begun! BSMHFT_QI

The term "buy-in" is used widely in change but it is not helpful. When we ask "how do we get [add the name of a particular group] to buy-in to our proposed change?", it is too late. It creates risk in our ability to achieve outcomes. We don't need "buyers" who "buy-in" to change,

Never an easy debate, but she articulates her view so well. When discrimination is known to start in utero this bill can do more harm than good for those with disabilities.
