From what I've seen, BY FAR the biggest separator in HS is physicality + motor / horsepower We see a lot of skilled players at 160lb.. But can't hit the ball hard enough or throw it hard enough (Will be an outlier or two) Weightroom -> Eat -> Impact the ball -> Turn heads

HITTERS: Attack the big part of the field 🎯 Imagine the gaps are your foul poles πŸ‘‡πŸΌ - Better Misses -> More Hits πŸ”‘ - Longer in the hitting zone (direction) - It'll help you stay on the ball (front side)

Before achieving any signs of success.. Many underestimate the amount of unseen effort, small pokes of criticism, and self-doubt you'll experience. Mentally or from peers. Most change paths. Most give in. Don't let that happen, GO WIN. DON'T GIVE IN

I have 3: - It's about getting it right, not about being right. - Everything is great, everything sucks. Find what the player needs. - Most players need reminded more often than they need taught something 'new'

Thick Grip Training Bat Best lesson I learned from a HOF coach I was lucky enough to coach under. When I was interviewing , he kept asking me why. After he hired me he told me to always know WHY you are teaching /coaching something. Not just because you heard it from someone.
