Monad > Solana > Ethereum. Post-Mainnet monad and post-alpenglow Solana will have finality in roughly the same time (1s), but the EVM allows for much more expressive L2 designs and composability (ie optimistic composability handling on L1) + tx size limits. Mainnet is coming.
