70yo pat with chest pain (burning sensation), doesn't radiate anywhere. Vital signs all normal. 1st ECG looks normal 2nd ECG done 10 minutes later, pat complains of increased chest pain. Now marked ECG changes are being appreciated. Shortly after, pat goes into cardiac arrest
