We are so excited to announce we are brewing a beer with The Kernel Brewery on our Union set. Together we are recreating the Burton Ale which we first brewed together back in 2011. It will be malty, rich and dark with a gentle balancing bitterness from the Golding hops 🍻

1st UK union collab. We originally brewed this together 13 years and 56 days ago - I know that because I had to dig out the dusty old recipe from Thornbridge Hall rafters to remember how we made it. Evin's staying over to help with union filling early tomorrow morning too 😊

Since announcing our collaboration with The Kernel the response has been amazing with many asking if it will be available in bottles or cans. We are pleased to announce that yes, 500ml bottles are coming! They will be heading out in Thornbridge Beer Club's December box
