Earlier this evening, Thornton and South Adams County Fire were dispatched to a fire in an unoccupied building at E. 123rd and Quebec. The crews responded with a defensive fire attack. The structure is a total loss. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.

This morning Thornton Fire responded to a vehicle fire near 134th and Marion St. The fire was quickly extinguished with no injuries to residents, workers or fire personnel. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
