It's time to get that end of year clerkship feedback! Some surprises, some lovely compliments, and of course, some stuff that just makes you feel awful. This is part of the process of continuous improvement in education though.

Dear Colleagues: Please do not submit letters of rec for candidates without ensuring the names of the prior candidates' letters you're copying from have been removed. I just read 1 letter with 3 wrong names! Do better, please. #FellowshipMatch #eras2025 #MedTwitter

It’s the end of an era. The passing of a wonderful clinician, teacher, mentor and scholar: Dr. Kapil Sethi. A rather unfortunate event for our movement community. You will be sorely missed. Thanks for all you have done for the field.

Reminder for NRMP® #Match2025 Adult Neurology Applicants: Many programs are participating in Signaling. This year it is up to 8 nontiered signals per applicant. For those particularly interested in the WashU Medicine Neurology program, consider utilizing a signal to express that.

Scrambling to finish up that last minute LOR? Some great references here from Sehgal et al at Cornell, pearls and pitfalls of neurology LORs: sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Did you know that ancient ayurvedic medical texts have descriptions of parkinsonism that predate James Parkinson? My students (who are forever teaching me) made me aware of "kampavata" and I found this great reference. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23483637/

Perils of conferencing from home -- being late for the first session because you wanted to cook breakfast for the kids.
