Say it isn't so! Elizabeth Slattery and Tiffany Bates are leaving @SCOTUS101. Here's their final episode. They will be much missed. (And congrats to Elizabeth on her new gig at Pacific Legal 🗡⚖️.) herit.ag/2KIoCLH
Happy trails to Elizabeth Slattery, Tiffany Bates, and all the @SCOTUS101 team—the OG woman-led #SCOTUS pod. It was an honor to be a friend of the pod, both as co-host and interviewee.
Congratulations to Scalia Law School (now Scalia Law School) on sending a record-setting 21 graduates into clerkships with Article III federal judges! (The class had around 160 graduates, so around 1/8th went into federal clerkships.) bit.ly/2Wt1kCS
Very impressive—congrats, Hillsdale College! It’s a very small school—a quarter the size of Harvard University College, for instance—so keep that in mind too when evaluating its #SCOTUS clerk placement.
Congratulations to Tennessee on winning this important relief. Our firm is honored to represent AG Skrmetti, and to work alongside our cocounsel Adam Mortara and the very talented lawyers at TNAG. opn.ca6.uscourts.gov/opinions.pdf/2…
Congratulations to our client Rep. Laurel Libby! We were honored to represent her and achieve this important result.
1/12 This Memorial Day, as every Memorial Day, I remember that my alma mater Hillsdale College College sent more men per capita to fight in the American Civil War than any other school in the country. 🧵
Congratulations to TN Attorney General for his landmark victory at the U.S. Supreme Court today. Our firm is honored to represent the State of Tennessee, alongside our cocounsel Adam Mortara and the immensely talented lawyers at TNAG.
We’re incredibly proud of Frank Chang for his outstanding advocacy before the U.S. Supreme Court today in Hencely v. Fluor Corporation, 24-924. His preparation and poise showed why we’re so privileged that he is part of the ConsovoyMcCarthy team. Congratulations Frank!
