2nd LHP of the day! Ryler Smart from Tennessee commits to LSU, a former top 200 recruit and top 5 LHP in Texas. He redshirted this past year, and will not be draft eligible until 27’. Jay clearly wants a couple guys he can get his hands on and develop for more than 1 season.
