I’m finally back and PR yesterday and have one of the fastest times in the state! I tried to play Lacrosse and run Track at the same time but wasn’t seeing the results I wanted in Track. So after talking to my Coach Tim Dial and my Father, I decided to just focus on Track. I

Our boys 4x100 started showing what we can do. Finals of the Kansas Relays out of lane 2. Broke a 22 year old Kansas Relays record! 41.57 and plenty of adjustments still to be made. Proud of how these guys work and trusting the timing of putting it all together!
