Ruanda scheidet als Zielstaat aus, weil nicht sicher ist, ob das Refoulement-Verbot eingehalten wird. Die Politik der britischen Regierung ist daher rechtswidrig (“unlawful”). Das sollte dann ja auch die Prüfung dieser Option durch die Bundesregierung beenden…
