Really excited to share that both my better half (@bfoxwilliams) and I were selected as 2024-25 Russell Sage Foundation Visiting Scholars. Looking forward to joining such an impressive group of scholars.

This was a great “gender research” event. I loved the mix of development, education and labor papers. I learned a lot. Thanks for having me Anja Benshaul-Tolonen !

Fantastic research +fantastic humans, what else? Loved the day, big thanks to Anja Tolonen for the invitation!

#WednesdayWomen Women r an essential pillar 4 the effective implementation of Africa's Mining Vision, in line with the African Union Agenda2063MediaNetwork, which stresses the need to empower #women and achieve full gender equality in all areas of life, including employment. #AMDCMedia

I was very excited to present my research with Anja Benshaul-Tolonen and Maty Konte, Dr. (She/her) on mining and the gender gap in political participation at CSAE this year. Thanks to all participants and organizers for the great experience!
