I walked more than 23K steps yesterday at the #NABShow, half of which were taken trying to find my restaurant at Caesars.

The 2024 #NABShow was fun but it was missing an important person in my life in the broadcast industry. The show just didn't seem the same without my dear friend and Susan Ashworth. She is dearly missed by so many of her friends and colleagues.

Remembering my dad on the 100th anniversary of his birthday today. I miss him a lot and am reminded almost daily on how much I learned from him. He and my mom were my greatest teachers!
