I spent 3 weeks of my life talking Gov. Ventura into an interview 5 years ago. Tom Crann, MPR News Corey Schreppel & I ended up at his house for an hour. It's one of my favorite things I've ever manifested into the world and I love this write up by Laura McCallum mprnews.org/story/2018/11/…

before the weekend, a reminder that it was 25 years ago tonight that Jesse Ventura "shocked the world" by becoming Gov-elect of Minnesota. 5 yrs ago> this reflective conversation w/ him about his time as 38th Gov of MN. mprnews.org/story/2018/11/… details: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1998_Minn…

Here we were, 25 years ago. None of us have changed a bit. This is the gang who launched RTÉ lyric fm 1 May 1999. As great a group as I could imagine. Many of the fine broadcasters are still there, providing Ireland with first-rate music and arts radio. Comhghairdeachas!

A video will be live on the website within a couple hours. Radio will be airing this afternoon on All Things Considered and I'll be talking with Tom Crann, MPR News about the case. (7)

Getting the band back together tonight! I will join Tom Crann, MPR News Brian Bakst and Chas Anderson on @mpr after the polls close to talk about primary night and what the results might tell us about the November election.
