Low hanging fruit for weight loss & nutrition - canned veggies Cheap. Long shelf life. The quality compared to fresh/frozen isn’t as bad as you think. Mix with rice, protein source, and a light sauce or seasoning.

Its a parents job to show their children to prioritize movement in a healthy way. Not everything has to be regimented. Get outside and participate in play time with them. Your step count will sky rocket quickly and you'll have fun doing it.

Try a SL slider RDL. It’s a tad less difficult than full single leg because your back toe stays in contact with ground. Less balance to deal with. Loading capacity goes ā¬†ļø
