The accurate diagnosis of cholera is contingent upon the proficiency of laboratory professionals in executing diagnostic procedures. World Health Organization (WHO) and the Global Task Force on Cholera Control (#GTFCC) have invested in a Training of Trainers programme in South Sudan.

The programme is aimed to empower laboratory professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance the accuracy of cholera testing and to ensure the swift identification of the cholera pathogen, thereby contributing to the global effort to combat this disease.

GTFCC Secretariat and World Health Organization (WHO) collaborated with CDC to support the Training of Trainers program in South Sudan 🇸🇸 (WHO South Sudan), boosting capacity to #endcholera effectively. #GTFCC collaboration is key for a healthier future! 🤝🔬
