We’re only taking 12-15 guys in Austin for the 1st year. Guessing it’ll be sold out quick. Pricing will be at least 15% cheaper than Ft Lauderdale (Austin is much cheaper overall). We’ll have all details released late summer. And no I’m not moving to Austin lol. I wasn’t clear

I used to think I knew speed. That was over 15 years ago. Then I learned agility. That was over 8 years ago. But what we are about to come out with is something I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE 100% ON IN MY SPORTS TRAINING CAREER.

Keep fighting the fight to improve performance YEAR ROUND. Two simple things I have found: 1) Ask for 20 mins, twice per week, when athletes are freshest (Monday after Sun rest?/ After an upper body day?) 2) Combine boardwork with weight lifting sessions That's all. K.I.S.S

It is amazing how many top college prospects have come to us and are chasing hundreds of a second of Speed gains and missing two three and sometimes 4/10 of a second on a simple Change of Direction. Elite NFL players are less explosive than you think but much better Movers.

I appreciate all the great coaches like Cody Hughes and Darren Hansen that personally trusted me. Now with SHREDmill we are in our next phases with data integration and new programming on the unit and XPE Game Speed.

Follow up from my post yesterday. Knowing where you are going and anticipation vs reaction saves 4-5 tenths of a sec. Hard for a trainer like me to make that big of a difference with speed alone. Agility brings the gap closer. But nothing like KNOWLEDGE OF THE GAME!

This is taking "Science" (Les Spellman credited) of getting from A to B as fast as possible (Speed for example) and adding "Art" with it. Art is up for interpretation, Science is not. Both must be learned.

Inhave been personally training and assessing some of the best College Football Players the last month and comparing them to the best NFL Players. What do you think they lacked the most to succeed in the NFL?
