I had chickenpox when I was 27yrs , a very miserable time, it was in June and it was a sunny June , could have done with a rainy season that year .

Decided to change my email address on X account , states I am rate limited . but as I had only just opened the link , and not used X this morning until now , Query How can I exceeded my rate of 30 / 30 Sue McBean - @organicbotanic.bsky.social

somewhat irritated, trying to update my password, same message "you are rate limited try again " tonight not used X for 24 hrs , went direct to relevant section , same message .

Hello Folks back from Jury Service, now needing to catch up ,

Back from RCN Congress, in Liverpool managed to speak once.Colleague John Hill unable to attend, an unfortunate accident following discharge from A&E dept 4.45am,ended up with # shaft&neck femur,over tired/lack of food /impaired vision ,tangled feet in bed clothes and fell.

There will be some who were unaware , anyone could call themselves a Nurse, but it was a criminal Offence to state you were a Registered Nurse, when not registered with the NMC. this has now changed , see below article.

I managed to speak once at RCN Congress,not a good delivery, but managed to read all my detailed notes.

I am blaming A I , when searching for something , today , I received all manner of reviews , that did not relate to my search, even photos of someone's much loved dog. In the end I gave up,never found the relevant item.

Discovered I have more information about I.T. than the people who manage that health care establishment,to be truthful, it is more commonsense and asking the right questions. Plus a helpful man in a small independent I.T. shop .
