Sadiq Khan planned to bring in pay per mile road user charging on London’s roads. He even wrote about it in his book. Under City Hall Conservatives’ pressure he started claiming otherwise, but Neil Garratt AM showed very clearly why Londoners should not trust the Mayor’s word.
