The first 2022 DC4MH (Dual Career for Mental Health) meeting took place online. We started the 2nd year of project, and we are beginning the WP2 aimed at collecting good practices on the MH promotion for DC athletes. 🏆🎓Topsport VUB Epidemiology and Psychiatry Verona Università di Verona Institut de Recerca de l'Esport (IRE-UAB)

During WP1 we identified a strong connection between athletes' dual career experiences and their mental health. Athletes who were flourishing reported higher DC benefits and competencies, more DC support and less negative DC experiences #dualcareer #mentalhealth EUSport
