In the first year of WIAA/WBCA Summer Slam, 27 teams attended, 56 last year, and there are currently 62 signed up for this season's event. Plenty of college coaches were there last June, and there will be again. It's an awesome event in our state. If you go, I'd recommend it!

Makenzie Hawk , Wauwatosa East girls track and field The girls basketball state champion qualified for the WIAA state track meet in four events: long jump and triple jump, and also as an alternate for the 4x100-meter relay and the 4x200-meter relay teams that made it to state.
