A privilege to move this work forward with TrPR Program @ UCSF!

Nice to see TrPR Program @ UCSF work referenced in the NYT nytimes.com/2023/02/10/wel… risk of psychedelics causing mania/psychosis especially in people with personal or fam hx of bipolar is complex. If it occurs, the rates must be very low. We are conducting a trial in bd2 to learn more.

Are you or someone you know currently depressed and have bipolar 2 disorder? @Trpr_program is recruiting for a trial of psilocybin therapy. To learn more, for to psychedelics.ucsf.edu or email [email protected].

Johnson Johns Hopkins Psychedelic Research Center MAPS Tim Ferriss TrPR Program @ UCSF As we are talking about psychedelic research at UC San Francisco and Stanford Medicine, would like to highlight our ongoing collaboration w/ Boris D Heifets on a trial of psilocybin for chronic low back pain starting recruitment shortly.

I had a great time interviewing Dr. David Gard about psilocybin-assisted therapy, and how psychologists may be integrating such tools into future practice. He also shared some updates about the TrPR Program @ UCSF trial of 🍄 for depression in #bipolardisorder type 2. More 📽️ to come!
