This weekend was a great showing at the Mobile Meet of Champions. The men’s 4x100 team won the event, broke the school record, and posted the #1 time in the state. #trackandfield #track Carver Wolverines 🔰🔰

You can’t be complacent and expect to win. There’s always someone out there working to beat you! It’s ChampionSZN! Time to grind and work hard. Time to bring that dog out! 😤

Father, I want to thank You for everything You have done so far this track season! The success from this season is all because of You! Father, I pray that You lead me and guide me as we go into our final days of preparation for the State meet! In Jesus name! Amen 🙏🏾

The hunger to coach on the collegiate level grows every year. 💭

Maurice made huge strides this year, dropping his 100m from 10.95 (unofficial) to 10.40 and his 200m from 24.10 to 21.20. He now holds school records in the 60m (6.82), 100m, and 200m, plus state records in the 60m and 100m. A season to remember! #tracknfield

I will be conducting summer training sessions starting in June and continuing through July. The focus areas will include: 1.Technique 2.Conditioning 3.Speed 4.And more I’ll be sharing additional details later this week. Stay tuned!

Athletes, don’t let opportunity after opportunity pass you by because you’re afraid of the work it takes. In order to be successful in anything, you have to step out of your comfort zone; no matter how difficult the task may be!
