Great talk on Professional Learning Communities to improve reading literacy using readers theatre by Tara Concannon-Gibney

Delighted to be invited by Kevin Morgan to present @MICER24 event Queen's University Belfast 🎓 with Margaret Flood to talk about “Using the UDL framework to inform and evaluate inclusive practice, reflection and research”. #UDL #InclusivePractice #ChemistryEducationResearch

Looking forward to discuss all things #UDL at the 7th International ICEQ Conference. It will be busy, two posters on belonging and self regulated learning, a roundtable with Linda Plantin Ewe and a workshop with Margaret Flood and Susie Gronseth Worcester University @INCLUDE #UDL #PowerOfPotential

Inspiring talk by Dr Shani Dhanda at the INCLUDECollaboratory #ICEQ University of Worcester 7th conference. Our default behaviour is exclusionary, where we need to focus on the social model. The exhaustion of asking for accommodations that we need to remove systemic barriers.

A pragmatists perspective using #UD and #UDL in higher education by Thomas O'Shaughnessy. Lots to consider around sustainability, marketisation, communication, capitalisation. Where does it all end and how to we push the learning and teaching agenda as a priority.

Systemic barriers can be so exclusionary but it is the individual educators who draw from empathy, trust, wellbeing and supporting learners that make the learning experience more inclusive #UDL University of Worcester #INCLUDE

Day two at the #INCLUDE2024, conference, a great workshop discussion and engagement on what’s next for #UDL 3.0 and implications for diverse settings with two amazing ladies Margaret Flood and Susie Gronseth. Lots to consider on strengths, challenges and application.

Day 3 of the #Worcester2024 conference. Inspiring to hear keynote Prof Dr Abigail Moriarty #UDL journey in different #HE contexts and through various leadership roles. Impact and sustainability are key for system change. #ItsNotRocketScience #ICEQ INCLUDECollaboratory. #Worcester2024

Always a joy to listen to Susie Gronseth sharing her inclusive practice in building expert learners through goal setting through a #UDL lens with her computer science students incorporating reflective practice through journaling and cultural competence. #ICEQ2024 #INCLUDE

Great to see my colleague Margaret Flood share her experiences on how Maynooth University are building an inclusive culture across the university. Loads of learning from her own shared experiences around how to approach inclusive practices. #UDL #ICEW2024 #INCLUDE

Always a joy to hear Dr. Lisa Beth Carey speak, especially through the fine art of storytelling. Today using a nuerodevolopmental #UDL lens on how you become an investigator and problem solver to make things more inclusive and accessible. #UDLirl24

Look who I found roaming around Ireland! #UDLirl24 delighted to welcome the amazing Kelli Suding, M.Ed., CPACC!
