I don't like to bash on broadcasters but Dave Flemming is comparing last year's Oregon team to this year as "much improved." Well, I can see one reason why. Also, Rod Gilmore says Bo Nix is playing on one leg and they are comparing it to Byron Leftwitch. Just stop.

Didn't watch much of the Runnin' Utes game but just looked at the box score. Utah won't win many games when Branden puts up a goose egg in the points department. But it sounds like Utah had every opportunity to win.

How embarrassing that they wouldn't mention Devin Lloyd being the ultimate x-factor in this game. I mean, the guy won the Pac-12 CG MVP last year. Looking for a repeat this year.

A note for Utah fans that are on the fence of going to the Rose Bowl. Go. It was the highlight of my career in the business when I covered the game last year. I know fans have said the same thing from their perspective.

From the time I interviewed him in January of 2020, I knew Clark would have a legendary career at Utah. He set a goal of getting his degree in three years and going to the NFL. Mission accomplished, CP. Can’t wait to watch you thrive in the NFL.

Another reason why I am proud to be a Cyprus Hoops alum. Talking to Tre Smith on the phone this morning, he could've been flustered, pissed, etc. but was as positive as you can be. Crazy story. kslsports.com/497001/cyprus-…

UPDATE: After Cyprus Hoops arrived in West Covina, California while dealing with Southwest issues, the Pirates won the Damien Classic Diamond Division Championship! Congrats to Tre Smith and the Pirates! #PiratePride kslsports.com/497001/cyprus-…

As a Broncos fan, I already was a big fan of Shannon Sharpe. Now, I have a lot more respect for him. I love how he called out Skip.

I know it is said all the time but there is no one better in this business as a friend, person, and broadcaster than Hans Olsen. This next step in his career is long overdue and will be amazing. BYU fans are lucky to have him break down football games.

I thought about it. I’ve come up with this. Clearly, someone needs to get off this app. We don’t get paid per click. Kyle Whittingham or Andy Ludwig don’t make decisions based on what the media writes. Steve Bartle does a phenomenal job covering this program.

Fleming also said this is probably the best Utah/BYU game to ever be played in the rivalry. Clearly doesn’t know the history.

I would skip school to watch Dusty call HS basketball tournaments. He only cared about one thing. Shining the spotlight on the kid or coach or program. RIP Dusty. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you these past 4 years. Thoughts and prayers to Megan and his family.
